Working with the client Vina Capital and alongside master designer WATG we were assigned to conceptualise the entire leisure mix for the 985 hectare masterplan. Components addressed, many of which have been realised to date, included 36 holes of links and resort golf, numerous hotel and resort plots, residents’ country clubs, expansive inland lagoon, waterpark, theme park and amusements, food and beverage village, conference hub and hospitality school.
