International Leisure Consultants (ILC) is a private company owned by its executive directors headquartered in Hong Kong. We have active projects in Hong Kong, China, Macau, India, Singapore, Korea and a growing client list. ILC have recently completed initial assignments in South Africa and Dubai for developers and project investors. ILC office expansion has also lead to the set-up of a JV firm in India in 2000, Indonesia in 2001 and newly associated companies in China and South Africa.
ILC is a full-service leisure company, mainly providing leisure consultancy services and includes management and marketing services for Clubs, Leisure projects, Resorts and mixed-use Developments. Our team of expertise covers sports clubs, golf clubs, country clubs, fitness and health clubs ( in both stand-alone and premium hotels ) , business clubs, health spas, premium residential clubs, resorts and leisure complexes, retreats, conference and exhibition centres, serviced offices and tourism assignments.
We have established core competencies in the areas of strategic business planning, market research and feasibility studies, technical and pre-opening services, project development and redevelopment, concept development and positioning, marketing and sales and club management.
ILC blends western training and knowledge with its in-depth work experience and understanding of the local Asian cultures and values.
ILC team of consultants are enriched with diverse backgrounds in the field of leisure and hospitality, with the qualities of a people-oriented and proactive approach on the roles of being either a team member or team leader in multiple projects.
ILC’s approach is to work closely with developers, their key staffs and other advisers in a true spirit of partnership, to help them understand the key issues and operate their own projects by selecting and/or coaching the local project staffs required, transferring to client’s staffs the know-how, operating systems and self-confidence required to deliver the results. ILC also manages independently, when requested and can assist with the delivery of fully operational new projects .

The ILC team has three principals (two whom were former senior executives with CCA International) and a regional network of associate specialists and support staff.
